Week 4

Last week was quiet, yet I still had to remind myself to take photos some days. This week has been a busy one, and why I’m posting this a day late. I gotta just keep shooting. Onward.

Monday afternoon walk in the hills.

This old oak is so big, I can't get it all in the frame.

Journaling is good for my soul.

I spent some time in a large, beautiful succulent garden.

We've been shopping for a new (to us) travel trailer. Found one!

In this case, the grass IS greener on the other side.

Catching up on some sleep.

Lunch on the patio with my grandson.
Then some watercolor painting. Took my mind off current events.
Dinner out with the 'kids' at our favorite Mexican restaurant.

Today...
I'm so grateful I get to spend whole days with this boy.
He is so smart and growing too fast.
We made waffles for breakfast, with bananas and raspberries, read a whole bunch of books, had lunch on the patio, read some more books, and watched Incredibles 2.
I get to see my son when he comes to pick him up.
I finished off my day having dinner with my fellow 'Muskateers.'

Today...
Mr. LMT played hooky from pre-school.
We went shopping.
We played with his dads old Lord of the Rings action figures.
It was another beautiful, clear, sunny, 78° day.
I had a photo session with my Daffodils.
We had a power outage and all the neighbors were out visiting each other.
Take out for dinner, of course.
TV free evening.

I got to spend some time on the phone with both my daughters
Discovered two eggs in the Bewick's Wren's nest on our porch
We're getting excited about our trip
Taught myself how to make a photo collage in Lightroom.
I love learning new stuff!
We get to see Andre Iguodala play basketball again tonight!
I'm warming up leftover homemade Beef Stew for dinner
