Today...

I climbed a hill and enjoyed the view from the top, my favorite place. Then I walked back down and stopped to watch some Sparrows flitting about in the tall weeds. Eventually, I took a trail that passed by a pond, and as I was heading back to my car, I met up with some very social Bluebirds. A perfect walk for a Monday morning.

 Today...

Just before I left for my morning walk, I remembered to grab my camera. I planned to hopefully get some photos of a Great Egret I'd seen in one of the small ponds for the last several weeks. Luckily, she was there and so busy foraging for her breakfast she didn't even know I was there clicking away. 

Photographing wildlife first thing in the morning makes for a good day.

Talking to my Sister, hearing how much better she feels and sounds.

Playing Candy Land with Logan.

Turkeys coming into the yard early today.

Watching Logan thoroughly enjoy a bowl of chicken and rice soup.

Husband coming home with a Kayak.

Jesse feeling a little calmer today.

Logan having a blast feeding the turkey poults on the patio.

Pork Tenderloin, homemade mac and cheese, and fresh green beans for dinner.

Yeah, it's been a day...year. I'm digging deep.

Helping my son.
Going for a walk after the rain and loving the crazy clouds.
Making a new recipe for dinner - Paleo Walnut Shrimp.

I got to spend some time on the phone with both my daughters
Discovered two eggs in the Bewick's Wren's nest on our porch
We're getting excited about our trip
Taught myself how to make a photo collage in Lightroom.
I love learning new stuff!
We get to see Andre Iguodala play basketball again tonight!
I'm warming up leftover homemade Beef Stew for dinner
