A slice of Hippy Banana bread with breakfast
I got to see my Logan! He was buckled in his car seat, couldn't hug him but we talked. I blew him a kiss, he caught it. Then he blew me a kiss, I caught it and I'm never letting it go.
That made my day, my week, my month.
Then I got in a good walk before the heat hit.
On my walk, I came across this year's first round of ducklings.
Finished, and passed, one of my online courses.
It feels like summer.
Definitely BBQ season.

I woke up, in my warm comfortable bed, in my home.
The sun shined all day.
Got out of the house for a solo trip to buy some plants for my garden.
Had lunch on the patio with my Husband.
Talked to my sister on the phone.
Practiced watercolor painting.
Had a cocktail Zoom meeting with our girls and their partners. It was fun!
I'm well and healthy.
My husband still has his job.
We survived another day of this Pandemic.

A little less anxiety today.
My morning walk probably helped.
Also, seeing thirteen ducklings was a treat.
I got 100% on TWO quizzes today.
Got to see my boy again today. So happy he is feeling better.
Spent probably two hours painting with my watercolors in my backyard.
The breeze through the pine trees the crows squawking made it feel like I was at Ocean Cove.
Homemade tacos for dinner!
Hubs cleaning the kitchen so I could do this.

Jesse's 28th Birthday today.
I baked him his favorite cake.
Lemon cake FTW.
Then I decorated it, digitally.
Then I spent a LOT of time posting pictures of my son on all my social media accounts.
I had fun.
Got to see my son in person when I dropped off the cake to him.
Not gonna lie, I cried all the way back home. 
I'm trying to keep these posts about what I'm grateful for but it is getting harder and harder as this pandemic lingers on. 
It was a good day, I just miss my kids so much. 
Kept a couple pieces of the cake for Hubs and me for dessert. So we can celebrate with Jesse, virtually.

Finally made it to the garden store.
Picked up some plants for my flower garden.
Excited to grow flowers to attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and take more pictures!
It was nice to get out for a drive.
Me and the kids sharing memes and gifs almost every day.
The sun came out from behind the clouds.
Getting to actually see and talk to my beautiful Son in person today.
Of course we stayed at least 6 feet apart. SO hard not to hug my boy.

Day 30 of our County Shelter-in-Place order.
We are doing fine. Hubs is still working, we have a home, plenty of food, and plenty of things to keep us busy.
I got to visit with my Sister and my CynCyn via Zoom again this morning. Sister teaches a great workout.
Hubs and I had lunch on the patio and were visited by our bird friends again.
I love that I get to take photos every day!
